My account has been falsely disabled.
Hello! My name is Bradley, but my (disabled) discord username is Azula The Firelord #0919. My account has been falsely banned, it said the reason was ‘Participating in a raid.’ The closest thing to that that I’ve done, is actually making a friend with a raider, as we exchanged roasts. I did not raid the server, I was in it before that guy joined. My account was deactivated at approximately 1PM today. I sent an email, but it’s been 6 hours without a response, besides the ‘Your email has been seen’ email.

My main discord account got disabled - 149#7206
It's my first ever created account, I have all my life on there, and I don't know how much time discord has to respond to my main gmail (itsmyjamesweed@gmail.com) but I hope they will undisable my account, I never had broken a single rule, didn't get any warns or something, Fri, Jun 4, 11:52 PM I got emailed that my account was disabled spam and/or platform abuse. But I was offline for a day from discord, and when I woke up and I saw that email I was in a full shock, like I really need my acount back I don't wanna lose it, please contact me discord team

Maybe my (149#7206) account got hacked and spammed somebody when I was sleeping, but the gmail and password is the same it just says that my account is disabled when I'm trying to log in

149 If that's the case, you should probably submit a request, you can see that button on the bar . Writing it here won't really help as they don't read your comment here.

They won't respond to my emails so I tried to mail them on my alt. My parents won't let me show me my ID sadly. So I got a big problem I could try to send my face hopefully that will work.

149 They do respond, it often takes them from a few days to 2 weeks to respond since they have many requests to solve but if the emails you get back is from Clyde bot then you should just make a new account. Apparently it took them 15 days to solve my false ban in April.

Huskey Sadly you will need an ID as well, last time when I was missing some materials they even sent an email back to fill in all of the materials they have asked for in order to verify my age and showing their the ID isn't that much of a problem, you will only need to show them your date of birth and your face on it, other informations you can just censor.

This is my alt account and I wish to get my main account reinstated.
It got raided by a person and got disabled by Discord. I have sent many emails already to Discord Support Team regarding this issue and all that they've said is that they cannot reinstate my main account. My main account is Kuwo#6969 and my ticket number inquiry is 14783719, 14804136, and 14832846. I can provide more information if I get an answer back and actually get a reply from a human and not an automated bot.Once again, this was not my action which lead to the deactivation of my main account. My account got raided because I was foolish enough to run a python script from a stranger and didn't check what was inside the script. The script gets your Discord Token and raids it. It lets you violate the terms of services of Discord, in which it will automatically deactivate it.
Please help me get this account back. I have proof and evidence to support my claims. I also still have the original email and phone number attached to the account I was talking about. I also have the Discord ID of who the attacker was.

erythe Well, when they tell you that they cannot reinstate it, it's most likely that your account is going to be deleted, and if you don't mind, how long have you been waiting for the ticket reply, they often take around 2 weeks to 1 month before the actual people can get to you.

A dude replied to me and told me he can't reinstate it even though I never did anything and the email that said I violated TOS didn't even give me good reasons for how I violated TOS

Ah yes, that's the case which happened to many people, they got their accounts deleted without even knowing what happened. Was it a bot Clyde that replied ? In that case your account is already far dead.

Grey Phalanx Why do you claim that it's already far dead? This was the email that was sent to me by Clyde Bot. Do you have any explanation in why it's going to get deleted? I do not understand why it's going to be deleted when they haven't even heard of what I was going to say. I have many proofs and evidence to even support my claims.

erythe Well, I have talked to a few people with the same reply email from Clyde bot that said They will not reinstate the account and apparently they got deleted after 2 weeks. And from this I suppose it got disabled because of token logging, a friend of mine said that Discord disabled the account for safety before the raider gets into any other of your info or media. And yeah that's the email I'm talking about, it's most likely getting deleted but I guess you can still try sending some more tickets and wait, it's just that people who received this kind of email didn't get their accounts back.

Pretty much so, just remember to not spam them too much or your emails will be put into spam mails, that's even worse, I waited around 15 days for Discord to actually get an actual person to answer me but my problem was way easier than this one. erythe

Today my account was disabled for too many charge backs or something like that. I know the reason why. About a month ago I tried to buy nitro only to come to an error. It wouldn't let me continue. So after 4 or 5 tries I let it go. Exactly a month later nitro randomly appears on my account!
Today I wake up to a login screen. When I try to log into my account it says that my account was disabled. Apparently, discord's errors got me banned. I sent two report tickets, one appeal and one for billing. I hope discord can re enable the account since this isn't my fault.
Also, discord wants me to talk to the payment provider to cancel all these "refunds" they claim I made, when in reality it never was supposed to go through because of their errors. So for those 4 or 5 times I pressed continue they want me to pay for.

2 Days ago my account was falsely disabled for malicious hacking, fraud, account or credit card cracking, and/or attempting to damage a computer network or machine. I need to get that account back ASAP and I really don't know what to do... I would never do any of those things and dont have the knowledge on how to do a lot of those things. I never tried to redeem the epic games nitro or anything. I dont know what to do, they responded to my email but it was just a bot telling me they wont reinstate the account. What should I do??

My account was disabled falsely, its says that posted gore or something to shock others this is a complete lie, I never ever did anything like this ever . I am 110% sure. I have emailed u but the automated bot responded which obviously was no help. This is very stressful for me cause i am owner of a server with that account and we just crossed 500 members, I had people in my server who posted and i instantly banned them but i have no idea why i have been disabled suddenly, I need urgent help i have a server to run plz .

My main account has been disabled and it isn't clear why. You just give the same automated response that "Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account.". Could you please delegate an actual human being to check on this?

Not Kapi Bro, the more effective way to to submit a ticket and wait from 2 weeks to 1 months for discord support to reply to you, they won't read this forum anyway. You should try again, but most accounts with the "We will not reinstate your account" couldn't be taken back according to what I have seen.

My acc got disabled too bcuz of Promoting Violence which I never do. My discord tag is ItzHafee#4269 / ItzHafee#0997. I alr sent them email 2 weeks ago and still no response. All I did is just chatting with my mates and vc them for playing games or listen to music

My discord account ( ARCBALLz#7773 ) got suspended for the same reasons that i see in the comments, and i want to say something, I had bought 10 nitros when i had the account and i had 2 months pending and they disabled my account for "spamming" and im kinda bummed out that i lost money.

I have this same issue only they are saying I posted gore when they can look through my history and see I have not. I've sent multiple emails, one they said they fixed my issue and then later said 'we will not instate your account' when I asked what's going on. Man, Discord.

I've seen a few others on this forum in the same situation and am absolutely devasted to read what I am reading. My account was token grabbed, spammed in DMs by a bot, and promptly disabled. It was 8 AM PDT on October 17th, 2021, and unfortunately, I was not awake to change my password in time like a few of my acquaintances were. I woke up a few hours later to find I was kicked off my account on all devices and emailed with a vague notice that it was disabled. It is so depressing that no humans will contact you about these issues... for a company so big, why no 24/7 live support?

I was part of a server called frog platoon and it got hit by a raid of trolls. The leader ended up telling the trolls to F off so they took it upon themselves to mass flag the whole server been trying to gett my account back i just got caught in a cross fire over someone having beef with another person. Why should i be punished over someone else's actions this doesn't make any sense. Seeing people getting there accounts removed as well is heart breaking and i wish for the best

Discord deactivated my account yesterday, for no reason, same as you guys. Their policy s*ck.
I enrolled in Discord and NFT space 2 months back and i have been an active and contributing user ever since. Suddenly thei blocked my account and won't reinstate it. They keep sending dumb automated replies, not giving any proof or an actual reply (human).
This joke costs me a lot of money since i miss out on the projects i was in. I just figured out how Discord works, so how could i be botting or spam? I've been dm-ing with people about projects, and important -> How can a normal user know that they joined a server which is not acting in Discord's Terms. And by clicking on an invite to a server, people can never know what kind of server they ll be joining before actually joining.
This is just plain stupid and Discord doesn't care. Also, you can only use your phone number on one account, which makes it even worse so you can't activate another account.
My discord is MCPLVRdis#3138, and i have been reaching out to Discord on Twitter DM, Tweets, e-mails and tickets. They just don't care and i really think the law insists on sharing actual intel on why an account is blocked and the helpdesk should offer a solution.
