Suggestion about permission to add bots

I am suggesting that the ability to add bots be seperate from the Manage Server perm. Some people want everyone to be able to add bots to this server without giving them Manage Server. The 1st perm allows ppl to add Verified Bots to the server, regardless of other perms. The 2nd perm allows ppl to add any bot to the server. If the 2nd perm is allowed, the 1st perm is automatically allowed.  

I, like many other owners, might want people to be able to allow anyone to add bots without screwing up the whole server.
