Making server organization easier

Not sure if this is an Accessibility thing or not so I'll drop in under Other, I continually have issues organizing my servers into folders, especially on mobile.

I am in 100 servers so i don't believe this will affect everyone but it certainly affects me. When attempting to move servers i accidentally create new folders that i didn't want, or i let go to early when trying to scroll down my extensive list (even with all my folders collapsed) and i cannot put the server in my desired location, This has been a continual issue for me personally.

Here are some recommendations for consideration.

• Rather than dragging servers on top of each other to create a folder, it should be either a context option or have a dedicated button, while this does increase clutter it should make the process a lot smoother and prevent accidental folder creation
• If folders are present, Have a contextual option on a server to move it to a folder (kinda like how moving users from voice channel to voice channel works)

I understand this is a relatively speaking minor issue, but it'd be nice to see some changes to make things flow a bit nicer.
