Search in pins | Online-Status Sorting | Slowmode limit

So there are 3 things i am missing since some time now

  1. Let us search pinned messages. If you have many pins, it becomes annoying to scroll through and find what you were searching for.
  2. In the members list on the right, root-sort from online status (Online/Idle/DND) and then subsort alphabetically like now. As good example, this let's you see faster which moderators are actually online ("onduty")
  3. Raise the Slowmode max. cooldown time to 24h. Specially because discord is made for gamers, which often leads into community admins create advert channels where people can advert their server/discord/clan/whatever. Needing a bot to make a daily limit on that is kinda low. Current maximum cooldown time is 6h iirc. I can imagine that may be ressource intense, but 6h is really not that much in that context. And again, needing a bot for such a basic thing hurts ^^

I hope you can see the advantages in these suggestions. I'll pray they will get implemented at some point. Let me know if you have something negative in mind about such changes.

    Oh goodness I'm not the only one who'd like to be able to search the pinned messages in a server/dms!!! please discord, please....

    Absolutely agreed. Perhaps even refining the pinned messages feature further, maybe making a separate channel type (named wiki or featured) which expands on pinned messages and allows collecting pins from multiple channels.

    Yes! You should absolutely be able to search in:/has: pinned messages just like you can search other message types
