Create Account Idea: Only allow accounts to be created with an e-mail address & not just a username

This is just an idea/suggestion to just prevent spam: Only allow accounts to be created with a verified e-mail, in other words, creating Discord accounts should only be possible on https://discord.com/register Don't you guys think that'd be a good way to prevent ditched unclaimed accounts?
