Option to have a dark background for the Emote Picker

Title pretty much says it all, I think a dark background would be nice to have an option for.

It would also make it easier to see really bright, or white colored emotes, so that they don't blend in with the background.

    that would be better than burning my eyeballs out of my sockets everytime i use an emote xd
