Fix aspect ratio for webcams and other cameras

Currently on desktop, the only aspect ratio for webcams supported is 16:9. My webcam shoots in a different aspect ratio, but is stretched out to fill a 16:9 size. I would love support for either retaining aspect ratios of original cameras, or resizing to our pleasure. Thanks
