Remove diacritics in search when pinging someone

In non english languages, names can have diacritics, for instance accents.
When typing @ to ping someone, the search should ignore diacritics.

Example :
Élise is a username on the server.

When I type @Eli , @Élise is not proposed in the quick results, because of the accent.

Expected behaviour :
Élise is proposed in the quick results

    This should be added in as a toggleable feature.

    Some languages like Finnish concider certain letters with diacritics fundamentally different letters and this could be potentially very disturbing if it couldn't be turned off.
