Light theme: Blue unread pips instead of black

I like the new light theme a lot, but I've noticed that it uses black in a lot of places that, to me, feel like they should be an accent color. Particularly, the pips that show up on unread channels (and to show which server is currently open) seem like they should be blue, like the light theme chat scrollbar, instead of black.

More generally, I think it would be a good idea to look into using color to call attention to light theme elements rather than brightness. Brightness variation (e.g., the difference between an unread and a read channel in the title picker) gets harder to distinguish in black than it does in white, so the difference is less clear in light theme than it is in dark theme.

    Here's a quick mockup of what I was imagining, done by changing a couple of the CSS variables. (Though I saw someone suggested coloring the sidebar blue, which would also work.)
