"Who's looking at chat -feature"

There are self-absorbed dullards in my chat, always complaining 'the place is dead'. So one thing that came to mind is the implementation of an optional tab or bar that shows, who is actively looking at the current chat, whether they are typing or not.

    It should be customizable per chat if you want to be seen.
