오늘 오전 4시 경 디스코드의 오류에 대해

오늘오전 4시에 갑자기 저를 포함한 몇명이 디스코드로 신고를 당할만한 행동을 하지도 않았는데 갑자기 약관위반으로 영구정지 처리당했습니다.(영구정지인것을 확인한 것은 저 뿐이지만 다른 사람들도 같은 시간대에 똑같은 증상을 겪는것을 보아 같은 원인이라고 추측됩니다.) 한분은 친구분과 통화하고계셨으며, 전 그 시각에 디스코드를 켜놓키만 하고 사용도 안 하고 있었습니다. 근데 갑자기 약관을 위반했다고 영구정지를 먹이니 적잖히 당황스럽네요. 이 일에 대해서 제대로 된 해명과 답변을 얻고싶습니다.
