Accessibility - Voice chat for mute friends

I was wondering if we could get something like an auto-tts chat/role for our mute friend to make it possible for them to communicate with us in voice so their messages don't get lost when we play games together and just make communication a bit easier for them in general.

    What do you mean with auto-tts So that he doesn't have to use the tts command?

    Because if not, you could have a text channel where he can use the /tts command to have his messages read out loud with text-to-speech.

    That is exactly what I mean, we usually play games together and having a channel for her that connects directly to a specific voice channel and automatically tts sends her messages to the connected channel without having to use a command all the time would make talking to her a lot simpler.
