Allow cross device voice chat

So basically, I was in a who will leave last contest on a locked voice channel. I joined the voice channel on my laptop, but then I went to play games on my desktop. Due to the inability to join the voice channel on my desktop, I was automatically put into the afk channel. I want a way to switch from devices on locked voice channels

    there might be a voice requirement to stay in the voice channel you got moved out of. ie; Click to talk required instead of voice activation. 

    or, you need to run discord as administrator if you're out of focus from discord doing something else, and click to talk isn't working because it's not currently enabled.  check that it is after every update, if you edit your desktop shortcut to have it always run as admin too.
