Info Channels

Like an "Announcement" Channel where the icon is changed from a "#" to "🔈"

There should be an option for an information channel where the "#" becomes maybe "📋" 

Feature changes like users following channel can be changed into something like a "Checkmark" or "Read" button so that users can click on it saying that they've seen the channel or have read it. Any message changes, the checkmark or read button will be back for users to click on it again as it was updated.

Anyhow, it helps organize server channels more and etc. I'm interested in what the community has in mind for some other feature that should be in the information channel.
