Personal Emoji Aliases

The idea in mind is to provide users with an option to set several client-side aliases for any of their custom or default emojis. Upon selecting an emoji from the user interface (e.g. :cat:), the user could type in an alias to add (e.g. :el_gato:), or remove an alias that was previously applied. Aliases would essentially create the same result as entering the original emoji itself.
