Ability to change the discord notifaction sound to an mp3 from desktop.

Skype had this function to change the calling and text sound to an audio file from your computer. Before discord was a thing, this was a hoot. I think that if discord incorporated this into discord's accessibility or notification settings, it would be a new feature for this great community to play around with.
