Discord is asking me to verify by phone and i don't have phone what do i do

I originally verified with someone else's phone and turned off push notifications but i decided to remove the number

If you have the two factor authentification on, you can use one of your One time use codes to recover your account. Otherwise you will need to contact the Help&Support center directly with your problem.

You can always get a phone yk.
