Redeeming Nitro Credit without Subscription

Hi, so there was this guy in a server I'm in who did a massive Nitro giveaway, and I managed to grab 3 Nitro gifts. But the problem is, I can't redeem it without starting a subscription? I don't have any method of payment to start the subscription with, there should 100% be a way to start Nitro via credit without having to put in credentials for subscriptions. It's just dumb.

    Yehaa I agree with this, I don't want my friends to get tricked into getting nitro charged, that's just dumb
