Mobile Nitro Subscription

I want to get Nitro classic but everytime I try in the mobile app, it'll go up to the point where you select either a monthly or yearly subscription, but when I select one, nothing happens. The app doesn't freeze,crash, nothing, but I can't get Nitro. This happens on both Classic and Boost. Any help?
