Make people non pingable

Literally just what the title says, make it possible to make certain users unable to be pinged. 

This would be especially helpful in servers for content creators, where the number 1 rule is always 'DONT PING <insert person that will obviously be getting pinged>

It could also be helpful for just larger servers where the owner might not want to receive pings. 

Sorry if this already exists, I did look and couldn't see it

    This is really needed, to protect higher-ups from being pinged when it's prohibited.

    Whether it's a large server, or a small server, this will be highly beneficial.

    I agree, this feature is desperately needed on larger servers when people just shitpost and spam. Surprising this isn't implemented yet or upvoted often enough yet?

    Yes!  This should be a thing.  I'm modding a couple of content creator servers and it's chaotic with how many people ping them.  :'D
