Exclusion modifier to @everyone and @here?

It would be nice if we were able to add an optional modifier to the @everyone and @here tags to exclude certain roles or users.

eg. @everyone!@admins or @here(-@moderator)

It would be very helpful for situations where someone may want to address a large group of users while excluding those who may not need to be tagged for any reason.

    • Hello, as I personally understand, this is impossible to implement.
      Since the "mention everyone here" rights are available as a single feature.
