Make unlimited character limit for channel topic

I want to add for more my rules but Channel Topic's character limit does not allow me to type anymore. I am struggling to add more rules. I suggest to make unlimited character limit for channel topic so owners and moderators can add and change rules anytime and easily for their servers.
