I am unable to chat in my co-owned discord server in mobile app because of membership screening page

I am a co-owner of a discord server which means I have admin perms and such but in the mobile app version of discord, I am unable to talk and is stuck in the welcome page where you have to accept rules after I left for a couple of hours to test a feature. However, I can talk normally in the desktop app version which is troubling since I'm more active in mobile app discord.https://youtu.be/ApVtfAmZWTM

    Hi, I have this same problem unfortunately I don't have a solution :'( but im kinda glad to see that I'm not the only one with this problem ;w;/
