Favorited gifs bound to the account as well as folders to have easy access so its less cluttered

so basically its like the gifs like confused, chill out happy sad, etc. but its in your favorites tab of the gifs so it can be more organized than searching through hundreds of gifs use the right one. lets say a tank drifts for example, I can search either tanks, drifting tanks, and tank drift. you can either use that or you can go to your favorites and some gifs are user made so you cant look it up. same goes as well as the others. another thing that should be added is account bind favorited gifs, so that incase if you login into another pc/ laptop you can have the gifs from your other pc/ laptop w/o favoriting them again. it also helps incase discord decides to log you out which happened to me and another user I know and we both lost a lot of good gifs to use.
