Precedence of :flag_jo: over :joy: in the chat emoji autofill.

Hello!

May I'm not a very devoted Jordanian, but I'm pretty sure that the ":joy:" emoji is used a lot more than the ":flag_jo:" emoji. That said, every time I type in ":jo" then "tab" to try and get the ":joy:" emoji, the Jordanian flag shows up instead... Could the order of precedence be switched? :joy:
