downloading discord on pc

so i downloaded discord before but then soon deleted it because i never used it but recently i tried to re-download it and was very dissatisfied when it didnt even work. ive read alot on this and for most there is a tab that says "installation has falied". i am really active on discord now and i really need this problem to be fixed. so about that, if anyone knows how to fix this i would be very happy because i know that many others are having this problem too. YES I KNOW THIS IS TOO MUCH TO READ PLS

    Yes I have the same issue where it says it is unable to open it on my Pc I use My Browser but its annoying because I do not get messages unless Discord is open  and running.
