Discord Live Bug

Me and my friend were chattin' with each other, and I was playin' GTA V, and I turn on the Live so my friend can see it. Live's resolution was 720p30fps and when my friend(he's from a phone, I'm from PC)joined, his voice cannot be heard, but he can still hear me. Please do a fast answer it's an emergency!
