being able to drag the webcam window

It would be nice to be able to drag and drop users that are webcaming in your session to the site you prefer.

ive talked to some people who think this would be a small but neat little feature to add.

and a small bug: ive noticed that my webcam is mirrored on my end but on other peoples end its normal.
