A Optional Vibration for Android Notifications

I'm not sure if it's just me with this problem, but recently all of my notifications make a small vibration inside the app every time I get a new message and it can be very annoying. All I'm asking is an option to turn the vibration off completely so I don't necessarily have to turn off in-app notifications completely to give my phone some peace from vibrating every three seconds in the app.
