When status is on Do Not Disturb have a popup for sending a DM

So when someone sets their status to "Do Not Disturb" maybe it's nice to have a popup when someone is trying to DM that person they would get a popup "Hey this person is on Do Not Disturb, are you sure you want to send them this message."
