Quick Switcher - find user by User ID

We should have the ability to enter a user ID into the Quick Switcher menu, and that would show us that user's name and tag so we can find them easily. I see people trolling who often switch their name, reroll their tag, and change their PFP that without an ID, they're untraceable. It takes a long time to find a user based on their ID.
