Add no loop GIFs to mobile

I once created a 2 frame GIF and posted it to a discord server. As you may know, GIFS can be repeated or chosen not to be repeated. This GIF was made so that it would not repeat. After I post the GIF, I get a response saying "I love stroke." I wondered what this message meant, so I went on mobile, and found that the GIF flashes intensely every frame, which can cause seizures in people with epilepsy. I had to remove the GIF and I don't understand why all GIFs on mobile loop. (At least on IOS)

    My request is similar. The 'hydra video synth' discord I'm in has an animated gif icon. On my android phone, I find that really annoying and distracting. Feature request: option to disable animations on android client. Thanks!
