Ability to Color the background of Video pop-out (Chromakey)

Would be nice to be able to change the black color of the video pop-out so that we could set it to Chroma Green or something else.

This will allow it to be keyed out as a full window for use in OBS streaming.

Keying out Black results in videos being keyed out as it is too common a color worn by people on camera.
