Emoji auto-complete/suggestion should better handle characters like '-' or '_'

When autocomplete-ing a custom emoji, it would be great if the search/suggestions could detect `:thisis` as valid for an emoji like `:this_is_the_way:`.

  I'd like to add to this: "@<server name>" to see all emotes in a server without having to scroll down to it.
