Introduce setting to make audit log show in a channel

I would like my server to be more open to the other users of my choice, in other words that they know what the admins do and what is changed at the server.

I'd imagine a setting, where you can say that the Audit Log should be shown as an ordinary chat, where noone (even owner) can't write in and where changes are being listed.

I know that i can give everyone permissions to just go to serversettings, but that's not what i meant

    Since I doubt they'll implement something like this, there are plenty of logging bots that do the trick. I'd recommend carl-logging.
