Ability to append a badge to a role, letting members have custom badges for the server.

I feel this would be great. You can make a custom badge and then assign it to a certain role, so when a user gets that role, a unique badge can be displayed alongside other stock Discord badges (mutuals in the server are the only ones who can see the custom badges, others that aren't in the server can't see the badge(s))
