Increase contrast of sidebar text/font

I've recently taken to playing pokemon go and have joined a raiding group in my area. I've been finding that when I'm out in the full sunlight I need to seek shade in order to read which chat channel I'm trying to enter, (particularly ones with no new posts) as the grey on grey shades are imperceptible to my eye.

    And then maybe that it’s a option in settings?
