The colours of the dark theme look off -- and I know why
Now, I know that Discord takes a lot of liberties, but I think it's pretty safe to say that it's heavily based on Material Design (especially on mobile where it's basically 1:1 except for the icon pack and the thing I'm about to bring up), but there are some guidelines that it doesn't follow at all and that's not the best.
In the Material Design guidelines for dark themes, it is stated that elements should become lighter in colour as they are lifted upwards, which makes sense. Discord does the exact opposite of this, meaning that elements on higher layers become darker and the chat background is the lightest of them all. I think this should be changed, so Discord can look more consistent with other applications, and frankly because the current design just looks off.

And another thing, when someone is playing a game, the entire top half of their profile card becomes light blue, however this area is way too big to have a light colour in a dark theme (it emits too much light). I suggest that this either be changed to a darker shade of blue or just stay dark at all times.
