Grouped Roles

My idea is based off of the server channels. You can have a category with multiple channels in it.
I was thinking that could be incorporated into roles. See, I often like having a staff role with moderators, administrators, managers, etc. in it. But then they all have the highest rank.
My idea is that you can mark a role as "Grouped" and then you can drag other roles into it.
The set grouped role (let's call it "Staff") is in the member list.
Then, the other roles are displayed with an indent underneath it, like channels.
Say we have two roles; Administrator and Moderator. This is how it would look:

STAFF

 ADMINISTRATOR

 Username 1

 MODERATOR

 Username 2
 Username 3

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Also, once you group a role, it automatically doesn't have any permissions and doesn't allow, for example, a Moderator to have the same high rank as an Administrator.
