Bring Back Spaced Channels!

I really liked having these on my server, I would like them back. it was previously only available through a bot trick but Discord updates recently inadvertently shut this down. I just really don't like all the hyphens and underscores in channel names and would prefer to have spaces. it really doesn't create any issues for useability so I'm not sure why it isn't a feature of Discord.

  I agree! I had a feature on my bot that was able to do this. There's no reason why spaces (or capital letters) should be prohibited from text channel names, since they should be able to be parsed like role mentions when typed into the chat box, just with the @ character changed to #. Role names allow spaces and capital letters, so this just seems like an arbitrary restriction.

  The spacing in the channel names made everything easier and look less cluttered. You could do what you needed to do without the way the dashes looked in the channel names. It makes the server being worked on look much nicer and have more sense of the creators own style. As an owner of 3+ servers, I would like this back. Thank you.

  Honestly should never have been removed in the first place, there was no downside having the spaces from a users perspective
