Discord doesnt work correctly

Something happend to my new laptop. I normally downloaded discord and i was trying if it works and it worked but then my friends said that we cant hear anything and then a warning came and said "noise not detected". Then i tried deleting and downloading it back but it didnt work and now i tried it again but now i camt delete it or download discord back. What does this mean?
