Adding word tags to saved gifs

Adding a search bar in GIF menu to search for certain saved GIFs with tags searched. 

Maybe also being able add different tags to saved GIFs for better organization/ease of finding the right saved GIF.

If this is a useful idea with the tags maybe add them into the search of all gifs, maybe also adding metaphorical sentences that pull up all like/aligned images, GIFs, etc.
