Streaming games lowers viewers fps

Been trying out all different types of stuff when it comes to fixing my streaming issue. Viewers can't watch, they will get 1 FPS, yet my games still runs smooth. Every game, even if the game only requires 1 core.

This problem started started on Monday, December 9th 2019. Before this, everything was fine. Also checked hardware, it is not from my end.

Reinstalled discord, reinstalled games, audio checkups, reset of audio, drivers, VPN On/Off, everything.

I have cancelled my $100 subscription. I'm not supporting anymore until it has been fixed.
