Discord support issue
Hi,
I got suspended from Discord, and I respect that if there is a reason. But I got nothing except something very unclear, so I asked the support for the first time, asking if I can be unbanned because I think it's not a valid reason from what I know of the situation and if not, having the precise reason why I got banned.
I get an answer just saying that my request got denied, and my account "will not be reinstated" and that I can reply to the email to ask something else. So I asked some question such as:
1) is this permanent?
2) is there a way to get my account back?
3) can I have the message which got me suspended?
No answer, just ignored.
Then, I sent another request explaining the situation I thought got me banned with a lot of details, a video, why I think it's unjustified, and everything.
Denied again, I ask some details again, ignored.
After that, I sent an email to abuse@discordapp.com. Same scenario. Denied then ignored.
I've been supporting Discord since the opening, paying Nitro essentially to give some money to the social network I was using the most. And I can't even get a proper answer, only the SAME message each time I try contacting the support then ignored...
The only "custom" answer I got was from Twitter telling me he cannot help with that, and I really appreciated a response, even a "negative" one.
I really think there is a problem there.
If I'm wrong about something, if I've not done something right during my unban request, please tell me. It can also be my fault.

Basically the same happened to me. They falsely disabled both my main account and my alt and not even giving a proper reason. The only reason I received from the alt are "your account was used for invading bans" which I never intend to do, as this is the only way a person can use Discord again.

a very similar situation has happened to me, just hasn't been as long. my account got disabled, and its been a few days since i sent an appeal and no response. quite annoying, at least tell me if they have denied it or not. also, if they don't respond to most people, then what are they doing?

I'm not sure if i will get banned, but someone on steam I met who was being toxic asked for my discord account (this is definitely my fault for being naive and gullible) and so i gave it to him,
next minute, he straight up leaves, after an hour, no friend request.
please help me.

Same with me. It SUCKED. I wasted 5 of my 14 days talking to a trust and safety member over email. After talking a long time about how I was using the wrong email to contact them (it was just a dot since google ignores dots in emails), I sent them an email using an email without the dot and they said they couldn't do anything. I still am very sad about this. Really professional discord...

Well, discord support is almost as bad as youtube. I have tried contacting discord for almost a month now and got no reply. Wtf discord

Got banned without response, no info nor warning, worse still had some valuable information I forgot to log on some DMs. Discord is so trash.

Yea my acc was permanently disabled falsely with no reason, I contacted support multiple times and just got random unclear bot message instead of a real person. I got sent the same thing over and over and now my account with nitro, a server I own based on a YT community and a ton more is gone forever. Thanks discord, your support is amazing. There is a ton more to the situation but it’s ridiculous
