Discord's Lack of Care
Many times I run into an issue and it's hard to get a good response or solution. I send tickets and am met with a bot giving me the most basic of information. When my account is disabled, I would prefer if those issues went straight to an actual person to review and see if there were any actual issues.

I agree to that! I’m trying time solve this dammed phone verification and all I get is a bot giving me links to two forums that don’t help at all and can be found as nearly a first result with a google search

I agree to that! My account has been disabled simply because I clicked on a link. It was better if they (?) would delete the link and not my account. But instead, they made my account stay out of my sight. There's a lack of professionalism in Discord and it look like nobody wants to see this…
