Search for teammates using discord

I recently found out that in Windows 10 there is such a program as "Xbox Social." It has one interesting function, going into a game, you get an alert about how many people are looking for a partner for the game. And going into it you see something like ads of people with whom you can contact and go play. Discord is a program for gamers, I think such a function will fit in and be useful.
