Green Calling Notification bubble

Hey, this is a feature that probably everyone would agree that it should be added and it wouldn't even take a long time to add.

Lets say you use "Do not disturb" but still do have discord up on the 2nd monitor. And to know if you are receiving a call, something like this could be added.
