Discord Reliability

Discord used to be a really solid application. It was great for gaming, streaming, and even an sms alternative. However, in the last few months, I have noticed some severe drops in reliability, performance, and overall cohesion of the app. I'm gonna kick it off with the most frustrating one: Mic performance. Mic performance used to be top notch, and while I do think discord still does a better job than some, it is hard for me to back it whole heartily when my mic is constantly cutting in and out. I invest a lot of money into my peripherals, so I know its not my mic. In addition, many of my contacts in discord cut out as well; no matter who starts the call or what the connection status says. Now if that wasn't annoying enough, there are instances when joining a call that I or someone else won't be able to speak. It isn't waiting on the endpoint, its just that discord has become extremely unstable. In my opinion, the problems listed should be the first to fix,followed by the ones I am about to list. I understand glitches happen with every application,

however with discord it seems that glitches are their new motto. There are times when it will say someone is streaming and they aren't. There are also instances when you will set your custom status and it disappears, even after clicking the never option. In addition, I can hop on discord and it won't let me call someone because discord displays that they are already in a call with me. Even though I didn't receive a call, and when texting this person, they aren't even on the discord app at all. I would love to be a tester for discord to help them fix their unpredictable, infuriating, half baked software. 

Discord has become a mockery as of late, and they should be embarrassed that they would produce something as terrible as this. 

Also, while going back to edit this, their ability to make something as simple as an edit difficult just proves how shitty they have become as a company.
