Old discord layout was better (PC)
So just wanted to show my fustration on the new layout on discord. I liked the old one way more because it was cleaner and some things were hideable, like friends that are offline.

Haven't noticed any layout changes except for friends specificly, so don't know what else you're talking about...
But yes... the new friendlist is horrible...
What's the point in having "tabs" for online/idle/busy/offline.. the little color icon has ALWAYS showed us that... now it just takes up WAY too much space on screen... it's pointless...And yes... let us hide the ones we don't want too...
At least let us pick between the new and old style in our options :(
Like the "Now Playing" area of the new friendslist though...
I don't care about it, and don't need it... but I like it :)

Update...
They've now changed it to just the Online and Offline tabs.... this is much nicer (thank you Discord)What is even more weird is that, I figured (asking my friends what they thought about it), that not everyone has this new design, even with the EXACT same Discord version... seems like it's random testers for it they've selected at Discord...
I like it the way it is now, but would still prefer if I could only see online people... the old way of this was perfect.
Doesn't use any unneccesary space on "tab names"... at least make us able to collapse the offline one... again... old list is prefered :)

Yeah that is what I was meant. ':D I was just really frustrated so I didn't say any details. I really dislike that "Now playing" side thing it is just so pointless and taking the space

Unless yours is different than mine now, it's not people on servers... it's the activity of people on your friendlist... if they're active on a server and/or playing a game...
But...
Why have you made profiles show up now, instead of messages, when clicking on people on the friendslist... what would I need their profile for?
If I click on someone, it's to interact with them... not look at their picture... which I can already see on the list anyhow...

It was people that weren't on my friend list. Today discord is the "current version" from previous comment without the bar picture on the right. Now that "Now playing" area is not working. Friend is playing but it doesn't show it on the right.
