[Chat] Mention/Tag/Quote a chat message - Easier reacting to messages!

Mention/Tag/Quote

When you're in a very busy server the chat could become a bit cluttered..
So i had the idea to have tags/Quotes in chats!

How does it work?
You press the 3 dots or right click on the chat message you want to react to and then press ''Tag'' or ''Quote''

When one of those is pressed the message gets copied in this super fancy ''Tag/Quote bubble'' you write you answer or react to it and press enter. The user that send that tag will be @ and can react to it. (Or not if he doesn't want to

Above here you can see some sort of example how this may be called

By clicking on the quote you jump to the enemy. Maybe to understand context too idk..

    There is already such feature. Right click the msg and click "Copy message link". When they click on the link it scrolls them to that message!

    Turner, that option is only available if you have turned on Developer Mode and the vast majority of users have not.
